Job Description


Job Requirements:

  • Attract new business through promoting, marketing and selling existing products to customers within the scope of the company and profile.
  • Expand existing business, support, assess, train and visit existing customers on a regular basis and maintain good customer relations.
  • Identify and conduct market research on possible target markets.
  • Market the product via telephone, cold calling and at venues.
  • On a regular basis train and update users on the system and promote new functionality.
  • Regularly interact with and visit all customers or their businesses.
  • Arrange workshops for top clients to improve their product knowledge and successfully implement Products.
Experience:
  • 5 years minimum relevant experience in sales, marketing and customer relationships.
  • Managing clients and client relationships.
  • Experience with direct customer contact.
  • Experience with presenting proposals to clients on all levels.
  • Working towards and achieved clear sales targets.
Education:
  • Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Degree in marketing, advertising or communication is beneficial.
  • Formal sales or marketing qualification would be preferred.
  • Short courses will be advantageous.
  • Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
