New Business Development Representative (W1056) - Stellenbosch A company providing services to the Agricultural Industry is looking for a New Business Development Representative to join their team to market their weather stations and related services. The duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintenance of existing client relationships; New business development; Daily, Weekly and Monthly client visits; Development of marketing strategies; Achieving marketing and sales targets as per Budget requirements; Ad-Hoc functions as needed such as Weather Station implementation; Weekly reports of activities to management; Weekly sales and marketing meetings. BSc in Meteorology, Agriculture, Crop Science or related field with previous sales or marketing experience. Understanding of how weather patterns impact crops are required. Programming and/or Telemetry experience will be beneficial. Drivers license essential. Willingness to travel within South Africa and into Africa. Self-motivated. Well spoken with good communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Independent and ambitious. Must have a sales personality. Able to network.
