New Business Development Specialist,International Financial Services Group, Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa.POSITION INFO:Our client, a renowned International Financial Services Group, specialising in financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and high net worth individuals in South Africa is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a suitably qualified and experienced New Business Specialist, to be based in Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa.PLEASE NOTE:The benchmarked CTC Salary is R40K xe2x80x93 R60K per month plus incentives.KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• At minimum a Grade 12 Matriculation qualification.
• A Tertiary qualification in

/related will be a distinct advantage. * At least 5 Yearsxe2x80x99 Fleet Management, Finance or Motor industry environment experience is ESSENTIAL.

• At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in new business development with proven track record in achieving targets is ESSENTIAL.
• A Code 08 driverxe2x80x99s license also is ESSENTIAL.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure growth of Fleet volumes with newly acquired customers during the take on and implementation phase of the contract
• Identify and prospect new leads for MW Fleet management products
• Identify cross-sell opportunities by marketing Company products to prospects and new customers
• Identify opportunities from other channels to market (direct network, digital, client and suppliers)
• Maintain healthy relationships with dealers, OEMs and third-party suppliers to capitalised on any potential business referral
• Prepare and present quality credit proposals
• Present Fleet solutions to prospective customers, ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded
• Provide ongoing Fleet Management support to newly acquired customers by providing quality reporting and expert advice
• Report on prospecting and sales activities
