NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTDURBAN - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaSTART: ASAP / 01 October 2024REPORT TO: Sales DirectorTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Performance Incentives (KPI measured)
- Petrol & Travel reimbursed by the company (must log all travels accordingly)
- Company Cellphone & Data
- R12,000 - R15,000 per month Gross
- At least ONE year in B2B sales environment
- Sales driven - this is a new portfolio and business development is key
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling
- Ability to work remote
- Able to travel to other provinces when operationally required (at company's expense)
- Establish new accounts with Salon or Spa
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
- Prospecting & Canvassing
- Capture orders correctly
- Demonstrate products & tools
- Attend promotional days or expos
