Our Insurance Broker client is looking for a New Business Insurance Broker to join their offices based in Pretoria East.Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the insurance market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and insurance providers.
- Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive quotes.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

- RE5 Qualification
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (preferred)
