• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
• Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, and promote the companys services
• Maintain an owner follow-up system and routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and communication is maintained.
• Overcoming objections, and guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Understand customers needs and preferences and make them feel welcome and supported.
• Ensure interim and monthly sales targets are met.
• Must be goal orientated.
