***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We have a vacancy for a New Car Sales Manager who can grow and mentor a sales team. You will be responsible for managing the team, marketing, assisting with closing deals, deal files, reporting, etc. This role is with a reputable group and our client is looking for someone with a positive attitude and the willingness to grow.Job Requirements
Matric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseAt least 2 years of New Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
Understanding of management reports
Ability to lead and support a team
A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
Superbly well groomed and presented
A stable & gapless work history
