We are looking for a dedicated individual with experience in hotel operations, specifically proficient in Opera Cloud. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours and ensure exceptional service to our guests.DescriptionAs a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing nightly operations at our hotel, ensuring accurate accounting procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting nightly audits of hotel transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Processing guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Balancing and reconciling financial transactions, including room charges and payments.
• Generating reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial metrics.
• Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
• Assisting with any administrative tasks as needed during the night shift.

• Previous experience working as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar hotel management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during overnight hours.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must reside in KZN
