JOB OVERVIEW & GENERAL EXPECTATIONS:
The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nightly financial audits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
They provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, assisting with late check-ins and addressing inquiries.
Additionally, the Night Auditor monitors security and ensures the safety of guests and staff & responding to emergencies.
PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R18,000 per month Gross (NEG)
- Confident and clear command of English (speak and write)
- Hotel POS system experience
- Book-keeping or accounting experience
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality
- At least TWO years relevant experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star environment
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Groomed and presentable
- Tourism knowledge regarding Cape Town & surrounds
