Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Estate: Join one of South Africa's most prestigious wine estates, located in the heart of Stellenbosch. Our client, an elite wine estate known for its world-class vineyards, luxury lodges, and serene spa, is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure the smooth operation of their lodges and spa during the night hours.Role Overview: As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of the estate's lodges and spa by overseeing the night audit process. This pivotal role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and provide exceptional service to guests.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Reconcile accounts, process end-of-day procedures, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests arriving late, assisting with check-ins and addressing any inquiries.
• Monitor the estate's lodges and spa during the night, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests.
• Handle any guest requests or emergencies that may arise overnight.
• Collaborate with the day team to ensure a seamless handover and continuity of service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial procedures and auditing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A professional demeanour that aligns with the estate's high standards.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must reside close to Stellenbosch or be willing to relocate.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
