Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 24/7 proactive monitoring and support of the live and staging infrastructure.
xc2xb7 Investigate and react to any live issues that might arise.
xc2xb7 Act as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support.
xc2xb7 Partake in the design and implementation of new setups.
xc2xb7 Handle service requests, incidents, problems, and change requests, using ITIL best practice.
xc2xb7 Assist in process improvement and automation.
xc2xb7 Troubleshooting on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
xc2xb7 Senior Certificate (essential).
xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 years experience in technical support and monitoring.
xc2xb7 All-rounder, with very good IT knowledge and expertise in Linux technologies.
xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
xc2xb7 Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
xc2xb7 Good problem-solving skills.
xc2xb7 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
xc2xb7 Competencies in Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate Level or higher - Excel proficiency is important.
