Northern Cape

R10 000 to R11 000 a month + Target Based Comm

R4500 Vehicle Allowance & R500 Cell Allowance & Company Fuel Card

Minimum Requirements:

Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's License

Must have own laptop and Smartphone

Experience in managing Merchandisers and in-store Promoters

2/4 Years of current experience working as a Sales Rep

Must be currently calling on major Retailers eg: Spar

2 years of current experience in generating and maintaining relationships with Retailers

Accountability

Excellent Listening Skills

Handle negotiations with Polite Persistence

Be Ambitious & have a will to Sell

Coachable & Curious to Learn

Excellent Negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets as communicated via Head Office

Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules

Call on existing accounts and potential new accounts

Obtain and submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Meet and exceed sales goals

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs

Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

Managing in-store promoters and merchandisers by motivating and coaching store promoters regarding sales techniques, product knowledge and brand awareness
