Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define product positioning, target markets, and competitive analysis.
- Work with Marketing and design teams to develop product specifications and prototypes.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to oversee production processes.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Product Development, or a related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Clear Criminal record.
- 1+ years of experience in product development
- Proficiency in drawing using solid edge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in product design software and tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Expertise in Thermoforming and injection moulding
