Job Description
Your Role:
- Innovate and develop new food products that are safe, compliant, and irresistible.
- Modify existing recipes, improve processes, and explore alternative raw materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Conduct sensory testing, recipe benchmarking, and create product specifications.
- Collaborate on product labelling and ingredient declarations to meet legal requirements.
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Qualification in Food Technology or similar
- Experience in New Product Development within a food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety
- Own transport and bilingual proficiency
