Responsible for HR department administration support relating to compliance; IR; legal; contracting; recruitment; probation; performance management and related administrative support
Qualifications:
Relevant Diploma / Certificate
Must have
2+ yrs HR Generalist exp
3+ year working experience in either office/ corporate administration or HR administration
Sage VIP Experience would be advantages

Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
