POSITION/TITLE : NSA OperatorGRADE : Level 02 xe2x80x93 Fixed Term Contract (6 months)DIVISION : ProductionDEPARTMENT : ManufacturingREF NUMBER : NSAOP- 2024PURPOSE / DETAILS OF THE JOBPosition is to achieve safety, quality and assist in all supporting activities in the manufacturing department.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Matric/N3 xe2x80x93 Mathematics and Physical Science
- Automobile industry knowledge xe2x80x93 Preferable Body Shop experience
- Must be able to read and write (English)
- Manufacturing production related qualification will be an added advantage
- Internal production process support , improvement & monitoring
- Achieve quality targets.
- Observe all safety rules
- Ability to support all activities and requirements needed for the business.
- Ability to support overtime as per company requirements.
- Understanding of production, Body Shop and Manufacturing in an automotive industry
- Computer literacy (Excel, Power Point, Word etc.)
- Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection process
- Committed to succeed with high level of integrity and responsibility.
- Flexible and must be willing to adapt to whatever changes occur during the fixed term contract, this includes job rotation and other business requirements.
- Team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of the business
- Logical reasoning, with a xe2x80x9ccan do attitudexe2x80x9d.
- Good organisational skills
- Positive disposition & being solution orientated, whilst being able to work under pressure and maintain required standards
