Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading telecommunications company in search of a proactive and driven NW Light Area Manager to join their team in the GP region.Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and operations of the NW Light network within the GP area.
• Ensure network availability and reliability to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor network performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network-related issues.
• Develop and implement network expansion plans to meet growing demand.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network equipment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and develop a team of network technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in networking.
• Prepare and present reports on network performance and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in network management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong knowledge of NW Light technologies and network protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and network management software.
• Flexibility to travel within the GP area as needed.
