Requirements
  • Must be available IMMEDIATELY
  • Valid SANC licence
  • Your own indemnity
  • Your own transport
  • Previous experience in a healthcare/corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with administrative duties and basic computer skills
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to wellness
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Key Outputs
  • Conduct health screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, and BMI measurements
  • Perform physical assessments and identify potential health risks
  • Document and interpret test results accurately
  • Provide education on lifestyle changes, nutrition, stress management, and disease prevention
  • Offer individualized health advice and wellness coaching
  • Address employee questions and concerns about health and wellbeing
  • Administer vaccinations, including flu shots and travel immunizations
  • Conduct periodic medical examinations
  • Assist with workplace injury assessments and first aid treatment
  • Provide immediate care for workplace emergencies or injuries
  • Maintain emergency equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness
  • Train employees on basic first aid and emergency procedures, if required
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols
  • Prepare and submit reports on clinic activities and employee health trends
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with external healthcare providers if necessary
  • Participate in wellness campaigns, health drives, or workshops
  • Support other healthcare professionals as needed
  • Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations
  • Stay updated on best practices and corporate wellness trends
  • Implement clinic policies and procedures effectively
