Business development and marketing services to clients utilizing CRM tools, web, social media, and direct marketing channels to generate new opportunities.
Working as part of a project team or individually to deliver real estate services.
At all times upholding and promoting a good name and conducting business in an ethical manner.
To collaborate and co-operate with management and team members and align with the company goals of providing clients with a superior level of service and growing the market share and revenue of the business.
Requirements
At least 5 years commercial real estate experience in transaction management or tenant representation with a demonstrated success track record
Degree, ideally in property studies or commerce.
PPRA Fidelity Fund certification
A motivated individual that can operate independently in a high-performance environment.
Excellent communication skills, confidence and an ability to deal with decision makers of the highest calibre.
A valid driving licence and own vehicle.
