Provide office support to team members with administrative tasks
Assist with project management tasks
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, expenses, etc., using spreadsheets
Strong command of English (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel is a must
Assist in preparing regularly scheduled monthly spreadsheets
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
