If you're great at multitasking, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a busy team--this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the main switchboard and assisting technicians
Handling scanning, printing, typing, emailing, and filing tasks
Controlling and ordering stationery and signage
Creating and managing hard and soft copy files for all jobs
Ensuring all company compliance documents (BEE, Tax Clearance, etc.) are up to date
Assisting the Financial Manager with admin tasks, including filing and overtime schedules
Managing company vehicles (servicing, licensing, etc.)
Coordinating Safety Files with the Health & Safety contractor
What You Need to Succeed:
Matric Certificate/Grade 12
Office Administration/Similar Qualifications
Proven computer skills, Excel is essential
