Position overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Office administrator to support our Director and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, thrive under pressure, and be comfortable working in an open-plan office environment.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (office-based)
Please note:
As we operate a mission-critical service, overtime may be required on occasion.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Operations Department
Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general filing
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and schedules
Assist with document preparation, internal communications, and project reporting
Maintain accurate records and track all office and project deliverables
Communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers and clients on time-sensitive matters
Liaise with service providers, clients as well as internal teams
Assist with onboarding and support for clients
Manage petty cash and general day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
Minimum of five years' proven experience in an administrative or office support role
No criminal history ( clear background check required )
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle ( essential )
Comfortable working in an open office environment
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong organisational and time-management skills ( essential )
Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( essential )
Complete efficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information ( essential )
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work overtime when required
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration, business, or related field
Experience in a technology, security, or operations-driven environment
Prior experience supporting executive or director-level staff
