Type of Employment: Full-timeJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and interactions with rental agencies in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
  • Run office errands, which may require driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
  • Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets.
  • Monitor, order, and purchase hardware, office, and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage office access control, parking allocation, and logistics.
  • Oversee office repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage hotdesk setup and allocation.
  • Coordinate hardware maintenance and returns logistics.
  • Assist with filing office paperwork.
  • Support New Starter onboarding administration.
  • Assist with staff exit administration.
  • Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, and reconcile travel costs.
  • Manage Office Cleaning staff.
  • Assist the Marketing Team with arranging staff events.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and manage front door access.
  • Implement improvements to streamline and optimize office operations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).

  • Initiative and proactivity towards daily tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and a keen interest in technology.
  • Friendly demeanour and enjoys working with people.
  • Honest, hard-working, and reliable.
  • Owns a motor vehicle and holds a valid South African drivers license.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Strong PC literacy skills with at least 18 months of experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Minimum of 2 years'' experience in office administration.
