Job Summary Administer and coordinate the payroll function, including dealing with third parties such as Old Mutual. Compile and submit return of earnings (EMP 201) Coordinate injury on duty claims Manage leave Assist the HR consultants with employment equity and annual submissions Staff onboarding and off-boarding Responsible for administration such as filling, employee letters and correspondence, medical aid, and pension fund communication etc. Manage and complete road traffic registrations, de-registrations, and yearly renewals and organize road-worthy tests for all vehicles on the farm Manage & submit monthly pension fund payroll, add employees, remove employees, and submit employee claims Prepare payroll reports. Ensure all account balances are correct and resolve any payroll discrepancies. Provide payroll-related information and support to employees. Assist with various deductions such as loans, advances, and garnishee orders. Answering telephone calls and emails Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required Prepare HR contracts and documents Assist staff with HR-related queries Compiling and maintaining personnel files - hardcopies and electronic Set up all UI-19 documents and salary schedules Submitting insurance claims, adding and removing assets on policies, managing all queries, filling and maintaining of hardcopies and electronic.
