DBN57 - Office Administrator - (Durban)Job Purpose:
To oversee office operations, ensuring efficient administration, record-keeping, and resource management to support business functionsRequired Qualifications:

  • Matric and related tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience in office administration.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office & SAGE experience essential)
Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and update office records (employee files, financial transactions, inventory).
  • Manage petty cash, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Track and record labour time, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Oversee a small team
  • Handle invoicing, sales record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
