Job Description


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • 3-year qualification in HR or Administration with at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar role
  • MUST have work experience in the FET environment and have knowledge of SETA / education legislative practices and the HET environment
  • Experience in academic advising or related careers in post-secondary education
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Project management skills
  • Valid drivers and own reliable transport
  • Able to work in a team, have high trust level, good management & organizational skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Ensure the general efficient running of the buildings / campus
  • Manage office stock and purchases
  • Assist the CEO, Operation and Academic Manager with tasks as required
  • Assist with the recruitment and HR process as requested by management
  • Assist with special projects as request by management
  • Act as a Risk champion for business
Salary: Negotiable for the ideal candidate
