  • Virtual interview with Head of HR
  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete 1 day assessment at the Company's Office, followed by further training at the Company's Head Office in Midrand this will be at the Company's expense
What we are looking for:2 4 years experience in Office Administrator roleMinimum 1 year experience with credit & debtors control1 year experience with accounting softwareExcellent communication skills in English & AfrikaansStrong multitasking skills & able to manage time effectivelyMust be able to supervise junior Debtors staff membersExperience in financial auditing or similar would be a huge bonus!Duties will include:
  • Oversee daily office operations and administration
  • Manage accounting tasks using specialized software
  • Handle credit and debtors control effectively
  • Assist in financial auditing and checking
  • Perform multi-tasking and adapt to changing priorities
