Job Description


Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa. Responsibilities of this Post: * Answer phones, greet guests, and manage front door access.

  • Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets.
  • Run office errands, which may require driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
  • Manage office access control, parking allocation, and logistics.
  • Monitor, order, and purchase hardware, office, and cleaning supplies.
  • Manage hotdesk setup and allocation.
  • Oversee office repairs and maintenance.
  • Assist with filing office paperwork.
  • Coordinate hardware maintenance and returns logistics.
  • Organize meetings, make travel arrangements, and reconcile travel costs.
  • Support New Starter onboarding administration.
  • Assist the Marketing Team with arranging staff events.
Requirements of this Post: * Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration
  • Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility and a methodical approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve deadlines and provide regular progress updates.
  • Self-motivated, team player, action- and results-oriented.
  • Initiative and proactivity towards daily tasks.
