Job Description
Our client in the Engineering industry is currently looking for an Office Administrator, in Midrand, Gauteng.Responsibilities:
- Performing general office duties.
- Assisting in report preparation and document preparation.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Invoicing:
- Preparing and sending accurate invoices.
- Following up with clients on outstanding payments.
- Maintaining records of invoices and transactions for auditing.
- Warehousing and PPE Packing Administrations:
- Overseeing warehouse organization administrations.
- Managing inventory levels and stock record-keeping.
- Coordinating with suppliers for goods and materials receipt.
- Ensuring safe and compliant storage of products.
- Dispatch:
- Coordinating and scheduling order dispatch.
- Preparing and completing shipping and delivery documentation.
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues promptly.
- A minimum of 2 xe2x80x93 3 years of experience.
- Matric; additional Office Administration Certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative or office management, preferably in warehousing or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with inventory management and invoicing software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- R10 000 xe2x80x93 R15 000 per month.
