We are looking for an Office Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures at our Kimberley branch. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and client service. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Afrikaans First Language
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Good Administrative Skills
  • Matric Certificate
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Have an "all hands on deck" culture as our teamwork is strong and we all jump in to help when necessary
  • Strong organizational skills
DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Filling
  • Stock Control
  • Telesales/Order Taking
  • Cash Up & Banking
  • Petty Cash
  • Receiving and issuing deliveries and couriers
  • Implementing and maintain admin procedures/office administrative systems; etc.
  • Ensure office is tidy and well organized at all times
