  • 5+ years previous experience in a similar role.
  • Software - Quick Books, Pastel and Microsoft essential.
  • Previous experience in receiving and invoicing.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Pastel for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting and maintain record keeping.
  • Oversee the receiving and inventory management of office supplies and stock.
  • Verify and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
