Job Summary Email CV to Office Administrator Skeerpoort - North West Working hours from 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company's day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. Key Responsibilities: - Redirecting phone calls - Taking messages - Book meetings and schedule events - Taking notes at meetings - Diary management - Making travel arrangements - Ordering office supplies - Ordering consumables for office equipment - Managing meeting rooms for office operations - Data entry - Organising internal and external events - Maintain a filing system for data - Distribute incoming and outgoing mail - Prepare regular reports and presentations - Organize, store and print company documents as needed - Make travel arrangements - Handle queries from managers and employees - Strong written and oral communication skills - Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail - The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. Requirements: - Matric Certificate (Grade 12). - Minimum of 10+ years' experience in similar role. - Knowledge on accounting programs such as Sage accounting, QuickBooks or Xero - A qualification as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus. - Excel and MS Office (Microsoft Office) experience? - Bilingual in Afrikaans and English speaking a must?
