High level of computer literacy particularly Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency in Docuware and Skynamo will be advantageous
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Experience with warehouse management systems is advantageous
Key performance areas include but are not limited to:Administrative Support:
Handling correspondence, filing, and general office tasks
Managing office supplies and equipment
Procure protective and company clothing
Warehouse Support:
Liaising with transporters for PODs
Capturing (PODs) on system (Docuware) for audit purposes
Attending to errors on PODs
Customer Claims
Maintaining claims filing
Maintaining customer approved claims documentation on Skynamo software
Stock returns
Issuing stock return tracking for transporter collections
Matching stock returns with credit notes issued to customers
Matching transporter invoices for returns to actual billing by transporter
Ensuring handling fees have been charged to customers for returns
Support:
Assisting the Finance Team with other accounting duties as needed
Providing support during the month-end and year-end closing processes
