The successful candidate will have reception and general administration duties, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all clients.This position is being offered as permanent with long-term growth opportunities and incentives.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint- Excellent communication and command of the English language - written and spoken- Strong administrative and organisational skills- Detail oriented- Display initiative, creativity, and originality as required- Have the willingness to research and implement solutions- Present a neat and professional appearance- Friendly, diplomatic, and professional- Punctual / Excellent time management- Flexible / Adaptable and open to change and improvements- Work well in a team environment- Ability to work under pressure- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment, and a high degree of professional ethicsQualifications & ExperienceRequired

  • Matric
  • A minimum of 5 years of reception experience
  • Diploma/Certificate in Office Administration advantageous
