Currently we are searching for an Office Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa. Responsibilities of this Post: * Maintaining files and documentation.

  • Taking and delivering/forwarding messages.
  • Answering the phone calls.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office.
Requirements of this Post: * Grade 12.
  • Previous experience in the similar position.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette & computer skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Upholding and maintaining administrative procedures, systems, and control.
