Assist the Depot Manager with admin activities.
Ensure that all operational files are well organized.
Compiling weekly and monthly Depot reports within the timeline.
Take inventory and order office supplies as and when needed.
Assist management in tracking employee absenteeism.
Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to management.
Promptly answering on matters raised by other team members.
Provide excellent service to Stakeholders/Clients.
Maintain good working relationships with Service Providers.
Procurement of equipment and other resources required in the operations department.
Sourcing of quotes.
Day-to-day support to the Business needs and the team.
Maintaining the office cleanliness & good housekeeping
Collaborate with the team in organizing office functions and events.
Adhoc tasks which will be determined by operational needs.
