The Role



Do you have good Pastel experience, and have you worked with stock? Our client is searching for you!




RESPONSIBILITIES:



Duties include:


Capturing supplier invoices / supplier control

Capturing customer invoices / customer control

Inventory control management

Stock knowledge and stock control experience

Knowledge of VAT and it's applications in the workplace.

Skills and Experience

REQUIREMENTS:




Someone who is confident, energetic and technically savvy. At least three years' working experience with Pastel and good Excel. Understanding of general ledger or basic bookkeeping. Ability to converse with customers in excellent English and Afrikaans. A people person that can work well under pressure. Must be able to share workload on some Saturdays. Someone that can be a role model to other staff members and share knowledge. As this is an urgent position only candidates already residing in the Knysna area will be considered.*
