Job Description


A well-established company located in Johannesburg North is looking for an Office Coordinator and Secretary to join their team!Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma (NQF level 5)
  • 2xe2x80x935 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or medical scheme environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for Executives
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Supervise office support and third-party staff (catering and cleaning)
  • Handle office budget and procurement (stationery, flowers, etc.)
  • Organise events, workshops, and company functions
  • Oversee boardroom bookings, equipment, and catering
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data security and confidentiality
  • Assist with project coordination and communication
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties
