Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
Support operations team with various administrative tasks (re-directing calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings).
Monitor office supplier inventory and place orders.
Maintain and update supplier database periodically.
Schedule all Rhythmic and Team Strategic meetings and ensure that accurate notes are taken, and report disseminated to all relevant parties within two working days after the meeting.
Follow up on all relevant documentation, status of actions and deliverables.
Manage the General Managers calendar daily.
Assist in vendor relationship Management.
Ensure that all Change Requests are recorded and that the correct change process and sign-off procedures are followed.
Respond to company queries timeously and escalate extraordinary queries to the Operations Manager or General Manager.
Liaise with the Signa YES team members and internal Signa Group colleagues on a regular Basis.
Follow up and follow through on tasks and undertakings; and execute everyday tasks within set deadlines to achieve maximum results.
Assist with general administration duties as and when required.
Provide a high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Be conscious of costs and use inputs economically while remaining customer focused.
Actively participate in team meetings and project progress reviews at project control meetings.
Follow instructions and work as directed.
Qualifications:
Matric
Diploma in Office Management, Office Administration, Business Administration, and HR or equivalent
Computer literate on MS Office and Gmail and LMS
Aged between 18 and 34
Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
