Executive assistance (includes personal and work schedules including travel and accommodation)
Facilities administration (ensuring that office facilities are taken care of including office supplies)
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative staff
Evaluating Admin staff performance and applying remedial actions
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Managing office equipment and ensuring all stays in good order and everyone has a working machine
Assisting in HR duties such as organising induction programmes, ensuring that Policies are updated and relevant to the business, communicate them with staff after approval by management
Arranging team building events or any office related activities
Developing marketing strategies and implement them with managements approval
Maintain companys social media platforms and keep them active and interactive as a of an advertising tool
Search and maintain cost-effective advertising tools
Search for new business leads/opportunities and assign to Proposal & Business Development Admin to submit proposals with their supervision (Business development or Bid managers role which entails overseeing the end-to-end bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals)
Deal with Public Relations matters and ensure smooth liaison with Clients and all other stakeholders (incl Independent Property Valuers), even come up with the best possible practices in that space for the admin staff to implement

Arranging repairs and maintenance
Handling Staff grievances and complaints
Ensuring that claims and invoices are submitted to clients timeously - working in conjunction with the Projects Administrator
