Job Description

  • Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate the diary of the Senior Director and management team.
  • Professional management of the reception desk of the Senior Directors office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls of the Senior Director.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements, including travel authorisations and reimbursement of cost.
  • Purchase of office supplies and equipment.
  • Process invoices and monitor operational budgets.
  • Prepare documents for meetings, taking minutes and distribution thereof.
  • Assist with presentations and reports.
  • Deal with correspondence and queries.
  • Arrange and coordinate events.
  • Implement and maintain standard operation procedures.
  • Follow up action with stakeholders to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Director.
Inherent requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or an advanced diploma/BTech degree/postgraduate certificate on NQF Level 7 in Office Management/Office Administration or a closely related field.
  • Two (2) years relevant working experience relating to the duties and responsibilities.

The annual remuneration package, including benefits, is R 447 323.31 R 562 750.48 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.Fringe benefits:
