My client is RandPark Ridge is looking for the following: : We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a PA / Office Manager / HR Administrator - All-in-One. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and managing essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant (PA) Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity.
Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
Assist with special projects and events as required.
Human Resources (HR) Administration:
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and timekeeping systems.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
