My client is RandPark Ridge is looking for the following: :
We are seeking a versatile and highly organized individual to join our team as a PA / Office Manager / HR Administrator - All-in-One. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support, and managing essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Assistant (PA) Duties:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring it is conducive to productivity.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Human Resources (HR) Administration:
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and timekeeping systems.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws/regulations is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
