Job Description


Law firm in Roodepoort requires the services of an office manager with experience in managing a medium size law firm, in law firm bookkeeping and general administration within a law firm.Responsibilities include: * Bookkeeping and liasing with the firms accountant and auditor;

  • Invoicing and management of accounts;
  • HR administration, staff welfare, the staff environment and compliance;
  • Management and oversight of the firm's records;
  • Delegation to administrative staff and implementation and enforcement of administrative systems; and
  • General assistance to practice manager.
The suitable candidate: * Will reside within Roodepoort or the immediate vicinity;
  • Have passed matric;
  • Be presentable and well spoken;
  • Be fluent in English;
  • Have some form of post matric qualification relevant to the position;
  • Have at least 5 years expierience in administration in the legal environment; and
  • Have an interest in and a passion for the legal field.
