MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS




A tertiary qualification in a commercial or office administrative discipline. Knowledge of the testing, inspection, and consulting industry 1-2 years of experience in leading or managing a team. 3-5 years of experience in general office administration, preferably in scheduling activities, invoicing, and client relationships. Previous people management experience, and the soft skills to effectively manage the team

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO




Be the point-of-contact for the day-to-day running of the operation. Champion excellent customer service and set the team up for success. Establish goals for your team members that are in line with the business objectives and scheme requirements. Put in place a training and development plan for each team member and have regular one-on-ones to monitor progress and give constructive performance feedback. Work closely with Audit Delivery to ensure that clients have a seamless experience and that audits are scheduled optimally. Work closely with IT to identify and implement process improvements and ensure that all processes are correctly mapped out. Work closely with HR on all recruitment and discipline matters. Manage leave schedules to ensure that the team is adequately staffed. Maintain financial control, by ensuring that customers are quoted and invoiced accurately, and that the monthly accrual is completed accurately too. Complete monthly revenue forecasts and compare these against actual results for accuracy. Monitor progress using Power BI reports, net promoter score, and employee engagement survey, and act accordingly based on data.
