Where will the successful candidate fit in?
RSAWEB is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Onboarding Admin Agent to support our sales team and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
Key Objectives
Contacting new clients to onboard them and complete the sales process
Following up on outstanding information and documentation
Assisting with client retention by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
Handling queries and providing excellent customer support
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Completed grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales support, and administration in a similar environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
