A company that has emerged as a trailblazer in the Direct Response industry, carving a niche primarily in TV and online marketing is looking for an experienced and results-driven Online Department Warehouse Supervisor. As a Warehouse Supervisor (Online Department), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the online operations of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising online teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of digital processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of online platforms and technologies
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain OR Warehousing
Proven experience in online supervision or management roles
Strong understanding of online platforms, e-commerce, and digital technologies
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of Previous experience on Fastway, Courier Guy and MDS booking systems
Duties and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead online teams, providing guidance and support
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance, and strategies
Online Operations Management:
Oversee and optimize online processes to ensure efficiency
Monitor and analyze online performance metrics
Implement improvements to enhance overall online operations
Customer Support:
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues effectively
Technology Proficiency:
Stay updated on the latest online platforms and technologies
Provide guidance on the use of digital tools and resources
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Communication:
Maintain clear and open communication with team members and other departments
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align online strategies with overall business objectives
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality standards for online content and interactions
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing skill development
Conduct training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the online team
Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports on online performance
Present insights and recommendations to senior management
