OverviewAre you ready to lead the online presence of one of Africa's leading electronics retailers? iStore is looking for a talented and driven Online Sales Manager to join our team in Nigeria. As the Online Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.About the Role

  • Platform Management: Oversee the comprehensive management of the iStore website platform in Nigeria, guaranteeing a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to craft and implement strategies for optimal product presentation, performance, structure, and navigation across all categories.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage web analytics and data insights to continually enhance the portals, boosting conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver an outstanding online customer experience by promptly addressing and resolving issues to uphold a high level of service.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead and coordinate sales-driving promotional campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Country Managers, and the CEO.
  • Market Intelligence: Offer strategic insights into customer and market trends to guide product assortment and identify gaps.
  • Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate closely with BDM, demand planning, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Logistics Optimization: Streamline logistics and reverse logistics operations with each BDM, ensuring timely and cost-effective processes.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the operational budget with precision and strategic foresight.
About You
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in eCommerce digital sales & marketing, with expertise in platform management.
  • Commerce and Finance: A flair for commerce and finance, blending creativity with strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Master communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Travel Readiness: Ready to travel locally and internationally as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Electronics industry knowledge gives you a head start.
  • Multitasking: Thrive in high-pressure environments, managing multiple projects efficiently.
