  • Doing Site visits to vendors to initiate required payment.
  • Do online research on vendors and maintain contact information.
  • Schedule site visits.
  • Make and receive collections calls where required.
  • Assist with general service requests and queries.
  • Receive, review and communicate settlement requests to relevant teams
Minimum RequirementsMatric / Grade 123 Years experience doing collectionsMust have understanding of Financial ProductsAdvanced MS Office Skills with experience using SalesforceMust have excellent communication skills to deal with clients face-to-face and telephonicallyMust have valid drivers license and own reliable transport
