Oversee the setup and management of the event registration area, ensuring a seamless check-in process for all guests
Train and supervise temporary promotional staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to interact correctly and professionally with guests
Ensure all necessary equipment, including laptops and printers, are transported safely to the venue, set up correctly, and fully operational prior to the event's commencement
Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of corporate events
Liaise with Event Coordinators and other staff to ensure registration processes align with overall event objectives
Address any issues or guest inquiries with poise and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality / event management or a similar role, with a focus on registration processes and staff training
Exceptional grooming and presentation standards suitable for high-end corporate environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate temporary staff
Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with the capacity to handle transportation of event equipment
IT proficient in setting up and troubleshooting basic technical equipment (e.g., laptops, printers)
Reliable transportation to carry event equipment and travel to various event locations
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent guest service
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed for events
