Permanent, Full-TimeWe are seeking a driven and experienced Onsite Team Leader to manage and guide a dynamic team. The successful candidate will supervise, manage, and motivate team members daily, ensuring effective collaboration and excellent performance to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and team management principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Degree in Management or related field, or relevant training in team leading.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set project deadlines.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics.
- Motivate team members, identify training needs, and provide coaching.
- Resolve conflicts and issues, and promote a culture of creativity and risk-taking.
